Refund Policy
1. Cancellations, Exchanges and Returns
The user can cancel the order before it is shipped. If the order has already been shipped, the return policy applies.
1.1. Return or exchange of item due to withdrawal.
The customer has 14 days to return or exchange a product provided that:
- It has not been used ;
- Keep it in the original packaging ;
- Include the invoice .
Exception: Live plants are not eligible for exchange or return, except in cases of defects or damage during transport , as per Decree-Law No. 24/2014, article 17, paragraph d .
The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving and verifying the items.
If you wish to exchange an item, you must return it via registered mail and then make a new purchase.Shipping costs related to exchanges or returns will be the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of error on the part of Terra Lab.
1.2. Refund Policy — Services (Workshops)
The workshops offered on the Terra Lab website are sold as services with specific dates and conditions , as indicated on each workshop's respective page.
After registration is confirmed, the fee paid for the workshop reservation is non-refundable , except in cases where the workshop is cancelled by Terra Lab.
Each workshop is subject to a minimum number of participants to take place . If this minimum number is not reached, Terra Lab reserves the right to cancel the workshop , in which case the client will be refunded the full amount paid for registration .
All relevant information regarding each workshop, including date, price, location and booking conditions , is available on the respective workshop page on the website.
No exchanges or returns are accepted for items purchased during sales, promotions, or in the outlet section.
