Tillandsia Usneoides Green - Air Plant
Description
Tillandsia Usneoides, commonly known as Spanish Moss, is a rootless epiphytic plant that absorbs water and nutrients directly from the air and humidity. With thin, gray, pendulous leaves, it grows on tree branches and spreads naturally with the help of wind and birds.
It inhabits humid tropical regions and, under ideal conditions, can reach 1 to 2 meters in length. Its native range extends from the southeastern United States to Argentina.
