Description
Learn how to make your own kokedama , the Japanese technique that transforms plants into moss balls . Basically, it's a plant grown in a cake of soil covered in moss , which you can place in a bowl or hang — simple, elegant, and very practical.
In this workshop, you'll follow all the steps, make your own kokedama, and leave with your creation ready to take home.
How it works
- Small groups : personalized attention and a relaxed environment.
- Support : Two people will always be available to help and answer questions.
- Flexible : you can come alone, with friends, as a couple, or with your family — men and women are all welcome.
- Languages : the workshops are taught in Portuguese and can also be conducted in English.
The workshop lasts about two hours . You will prepare the materials, shape your kokedama, and learn tips for caring for it afterward.
All the materials are included to create your kokedama and take it home: substrate, coconut fiber, clay, sphagnum moss, and twine, in addition to the plant you will use to make your kokedama. You will be guided step-by-step by professionals to learn the technique correctly and be able to replicate it at home.
The workshop takes place in a relaxed environment , perfect for learning, experimenting, and relaxing.

Participation
- From age 14 onwards, accompanied by an adult.
- A minimum of 4 participants is required for the workshop to take place.
